Helping individuals and businesses with low/moderate incomes move toward greater financial success is the aim of WECO Fund, Inc.  WECO operates a Microenterprise Center that works with local banks, local governments, and the Small Business Administration to make available loans to microenterprises (fewer than 5 employees; can be capitalized with $500 to $35,000).  WECO also, as funds are available, enables individuals/families to build assets through Individual Development Accounts (IDA's) and offers financial education and coaching to people with low incomes.  Contact information for the people who work with WECO's programs is listed on the WECO web-site.
