COSE (http://www.cose.org/) is the region’s largest small business support organization and provides cost-effective group purchasing programs, advocacy on legislative and regulatory issues, and networking and educational resources to help Northeast Ohio’s small businesses grow.
    The GCP includes a strong interest in both minority business enterprises and diversity within the business community.  This interest could be tapped on behalf of people with "most significant disabilities" who want to own and operate small businesses in the area.
