Since the program's inception in 2005, the fund has provided almost $4.5 million in funds for new product development.  Applications look difficult, but the expertise that's likely available at MAGNET to assist someone who wants to develop a very-small manufacturing enterprise is likely considerable.  MAGNET also operates a High Tech Business Incubation Program that provides a comprehensive package of business assistance services to support the growth of technology-oriented companies.  So, if someone's new business involves "high tech", MAGNET might be of help.
