The Federation carries out its mission by advocating for and providing financial, technical, and human resources to CDCUs.  Ohio Federation member credit unions include two in the Cleveland area and two in Toledo (see http://www.cdcu.coop/i4a/pages/index.cfm?pageid=1538).  The Federation should be seen as an organization that supports those credit unions that focus on people with especially low incomes.  Information from the Federation is background to specific financing possibilities that might be explored with member credit unions.
