Fairfleld County ED can connect interested borrowers with the ECD Microenterprise Loan Program (http://www.ecdi.org/programs/Microloan/). The Economic Development Director also works with the Fairfield County Revolving Loan Fund, which arranges or provides funding for new small businesses (note that the loans provided through this fund tend to be much larger in scope than the typical microenterprise would request).
