VA, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization

http://www.va.gov/osdbu/   If someone, whose employment-search is supported by the MCED project, is also a veteran, and if that veteran chooses to initiate a small-business, the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization could help that business achieve sales to the US Veterans Administration.  The process looks cumbersome, but it may be worth investigation as a way toward greater sales of products or services.
