If you cannot afford an attorney and are low income, call 419-418-5323 to see if you qualify for free legal help.   Information elsewhere on the Toledo Bar Association web site indicates that pro bono assistance has been made available for individuals trying to work their way through the legal requirements to start micro-businesses.  The pro bono program does not handle criminal matters.
